What is the cost of the course?

I may need to cancel my course, will I still have to pay for it?
Cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions
How long will my qualification last for?
This is dependent on the course you are attending, all GWO BST certificates are valid for 2 years
Do you offer accommodation, or can you recommend accommodation nearby?
We have several accommodation options nearby and once your booking is confirmed, you can avail of a preferential rate at one of our partner hotels.
If you contact info@errigaltraining.ie we will provide details of accommodation in the area.
What do I need to bring?
This is dependent on your course; all courses require government I.D such as a passport or driver’s license. Information on what you need to bring to specific courses will be provided on your Joining Instructions.
What’s the minimum age requirements?
The minimum age for all courses is 18.
Is Lunch Provided?
Yes, we provide lunch and refreshments on all full day courses.
If my current certificate has expired, will I need to sit the full course?
Yes, if your GWO certificate has expired you will need to complete the Basic Safety Module again.
I completed my last training at a different training centre, can I do my next one with you?
Absolutely yes you can complete your training with us, there is no requirement to do all your training with one provider.
Can I get funding for my training?
Yes. If you are unemployed your Local INTREO office can provide funding of up to €1000 towards completion of our course. If you are currently working within the Wind Energy Sector funding is available from Green Tech Skillnet. Drop us an email info@errigaltraining.ie or call us directly and we can provide details.
Do I need to complete a medical before my course?
No, there is no requirement for a medical, but you must be medically fit to undertake some of the courses such as Sea Survival and Working at Height.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available onsite.
